From the Anvil Shutter Hinge

These unusual hinges have been listed as shutter hinges and are designed with an angled offset on which the shutter is mounted so that when the shutter is opened is is through clear of the window, flat against the surrounding wall.

Please note that these are sold singly and supplied with necessary fixing screws.
