Shipping and Handling

Delivery is free on all orders over £250 goods value (EU Countires and Worldwide excepted) exclusive of VAT (Channel Islands excepted).

Our charges are banded and calculated by the goods value which, dependant on the weight/country location, are either sent by Royal Mail First or Second Class Signed For, Hermes, Special Delivery Next Day (Before 1pm), FedEx Next Day (UK only), International Signed For, DPD International, DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx.

Please note that you will be required to sign for our delivery and therefore we recommend that the delivery address that you give should take this into account when placing your order. If for whatever reason the goods are returned to us due to failure to comply we may, at our discretion, charge you for a repeat delivery.

We also offer for UK Mainland Next Day Delivery if the item is instock where all orders must be placed before 13:30, Monday-Friday, otherwise they will be sent the following day.

Our aim is to get your purchase(s) to you as quickly as possible and we always despatch with this in mind.

For UK Mainland delivery, our charges are as follows:

  • Upto £ 99.99 = £ 8.00 (ex-VAT)
  • Upto £149.99 = £ 10.00 (ex-VAT)
  • Upto £249.99 = £ 12.50 (ex-VAT)

UK Highlands + Islands delivery charges are as follows:

  • Upto £ 99.99 = £ 12.50 (ex-VAT)
  • Upto £ 149.99 = £ 18.75 (ex-VAT)
  • Upto £ 249.99 = £ 25.00 (ex-VAT)

Northern Ireland delivery charges are as follows:

  • Upto £ 99.99 = £ 11.75 (ex-VAT)
  • Upto £ 149.99 = £ 15.00 (ex-VAT)
  • Upto £ 249.99 = £ 18.50 (ex-VAT)

Channel Islands delivery charges are as follows:

  • Upto £ 99.99 = £ 18.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Upto £ 149.99 = £ 24.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Upto £ 249.99 = £ 30.00 (NO-VAT)

Republic of Ireland delivery charges are as follows:

  • Upto £ 99.99 = £ 18.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Upto £ 149.99 = £ 24.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Upto £249.99 = £ 30.00 (NO-VAT)

We can ship to EU Countries and Worldwide where the delivery charges are calculated at a flat rate upto a purchase value of £249.99 dependant on your country location. For all purchases made over this order value there is tiered delivery charge based on your country location.

Delivery Schedule

ITFITZ will make every effort to deliver your order within fourteen working days but in certain circumstances this may not be possible - (see Back Orders).

Delivery of the Goods willl be made to the address that was specified in the order and you must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. You may be required to sign for the Goods and you should bear this in mind when confirming your delivery address details as failed deliveries may incurr additional costs to you the purchaser if we receive the Goods back from our carriers due to your inability to receive them.

Please be aware that although ITFITZ makes every effort and packs goods with protection for export, we cannot be held responsible for fragile items (for example ceramic or glass) that may be damaged by shipping to countries outside The United Kingdom.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods.
