Making a Purchase


To order products from the ITFITZ website, simply follow these steps:

Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, selecting the available options as necessary, the quantity you require, then click on the "Buy Now" button. You will then be shown a new page (shopping cart), which will show the item(s) you have selected. If you continue shopping you will then be taken back to the item that you last viewed.

You can continue to search the ITFITZ site for further goods that you may wish to purchase and add these to your basket (you may add as many products as you wish before visiting the checkout). The total number of items and value of your basket (excluding delivery) will be displayed at all times and by clicking "View Basket", you will be able to amend any selected item(s). If any item(s) appear either priced £0.00 or described as "Drop Down" this is a site error and we would ask you to contact us for the correct price as ITFITZ does not sell any item(s) for £0.00.

There is a minimum order of £20 inclusive of VAT (excluding carriage) required.

When you have finished shopping click the "Checkout" button where you will be taken to your shopping cart which will show you the products that you have selected to order. If anything is incorrect, press "Cancel" and you will be taken back to the item that you last viewed and by clicking "View Basket" you will be able to make any changes.

If all the details are correct, please click "Next" and provide the requested information. At this stage, any applicable delivery charges will be displayed. After completing this, you will be directed to a secure payment portal where you can make a payment using the available credit card options.

After this you will be presented with a receipt page confirming your ITFITZ order and transaction for your records. 

Be aware that the transaction date on your credit card statement may differ from the date indicated on your email confirmation. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as "IT-FITZ.com," not ITFITZ.


Shipping and Handling


UK Mainland delivery is complimentary for all orders exceeding a goods value of £130, exclusive of VAT, with the exception of EU countries, worldwide locations, and the Channel Islands.

Our fees are tiered and based on the value of the goods, which, depending on weight and destination country, may be dispatched via Royal Mail First or Second Class Tracked, Hermes, Special Delivery Next Day (before 1pm), FedEx Next Day (UK only), International Signed For, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Please be aware that a signature may be required for our delivery under certain conditions. We advise that you provide a delivery address that accommodates this requirement when placing your order. Should the goods be returned to us due to non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge you for an additional delivery at our discretion.

Our aim is to get your purchase(s) to you as quickly as possible and we always despatch with this in mind.

For UK Mainland delivery, our charges are as follows:

Northern Ireland delivery charges are as follows:

  • Up to £ 99.99 = £ 11.75 (ex-VAT)
  • Up to £ 149.99 = £ 15.00 (ex-VAT)

Channel Islands delivery charges are as follows:

  • Up to £ 99.99 = £ 18.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Up to £ 149.99 = £ 24.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Up to £ 249.99 = £ 30.00 (NO-VAT)

 

Republic of Ireland delivery charges are as follows:

  • Up to £ 99.99 = £ 18.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Up to £ 149.99 = £ 24.00 (NO-VAT)
  • Up to £249.99 = £ 30.00 (NO-VAT)

We offer shipping to EU countries and worldwide, with delivery charges set at a flat rate for purchases up to £249.99, depending on your country location. For purchases exceeding this value, we apply a tiered delivery charge, also based on your country location.

Delivery Schedule


ITFITZ is dedicated to dispatching your order promptly if it is in stock. However, there may be situations where this timeframe is not feasible. For further details, please see the Back Orders section.

The Goods will be delivered to the address specified in your order, and you are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to receive the Goods when they are ready for delivery. It may be necessary for you to sign upon receipt of the Goods; therefore, please consider this when confirming your delivery address. Be aware that failed deliveries could result in additional costs to you, the purchaser, if the Goods are returned to us by our carriers because you were unable to take delivery.

Please note that while ITFITZ takes all necessary precautions and packages goods securely for export, we cannot assume liability for fragile items (such as ceramics or glass) that may incur damage during shipping to destinations outside of The United Kingdom.

Title and risk of the goods will transfer to you upon their delivery.


Back Orders


Occasionally, ITFITZ may run out of stock for certain items. If this occurs, the items will be placed on back order. In such instances, ITFITZ will contact you with an expected completion date for your entire order and might propose to partially ship some items at no extra charge to you.

If the delay is unacceptable, you may choose to cancel your order for the outstanding item(s). Should you opt not to wait, ITFITZ will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the cancelled item(s). The buyer must then compensate ITFITZ for all losses, costs (including labour, materials used, and overheads), damages, charges, and expenses incurred due to the order and its cancellation, without affecting the company's other rights. It is clearly agreed that if the buyer makes any claim against the company regarding the goods or any issue related to the order, the company will not be liable for any lost profits or consequential losses, regardless of the circumstances.


Tax Charges


All prices listed on our website are presented either exclusive or inclusive of VAT at 20%. When items are added to or viewed in the basket, the individual prices will include VAT. The carriage charges, where applicable, displayed on the checkout pages are exclusive of VAT and will have VAT at 20% applied at checkout.

For EU individuals and companies, the prices displayed are in pound sterling and may be shown either exclusive or inclusive of UK tax charges, which will not apply. The purchaser is responsible for complying with and managing any applicable local customs and tax obligations.

Orders shipped outside the European Union and worldwide are not subject to the 20% tax charge. However, it is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with and handle any customs and taxation obligations that may arise.


Credit Card Security


ITFITZ utilizes a secure payment portal to process payments. ITFITZ does not retain any credit card information. Be aware that your credit card statement will list your ITFITZ purchase transaction as "IT-FITZ COM LIMITED."


30 Day Refund Guarantee


At ITFITZ, we offer a clear 30-day refund policy for all purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us initially. Upon our instruction, you may be asked to return the items directly to us or, in certain cases, we may organize a collection through a third party, or in accordance with the manufacturers returns policy, arrange for these to be collected from you which may result in a charge.

It is crucial to return unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging, suitable for resale with all components, using a recorded or tracked method. Proof of purchase will not be accepted if we do not receive the returned items.

Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the value of the goods noting that this refund does not cover the initial shipping cost. If no shipping fee was paid and the returned item's value alters the total order value, the standard shipping charge for the initial order will be subtracted from the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

One-Year Minimum Manufacturer's Guarantees

All our products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's guarantee. As authorized retailers, we handle any issues on your behalf, offering refunds, replacements, or spare parts as necessary.

Returns Policy


Upon receiving the goods, you are advised to inspect them promptly. Should you find the goods unsuitable, damaged, or not in compliance with your order, please notify ITFITZ in writing via email at sales@itfitz.co.uk within seven days of the delivery date.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with each purchase. Should the goods fail to meet your expectations, you, as the purchaser, when advised to do so, may return them to ITFITZ in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including packaging. In certain circumstances, our suppliers will collect the item(s) from you directly which may incur a charge in accordance with their return policy.

Please ensure they are sufficiently insured during the return journey, as proof of postage is not proof of receipt. You will be issued a full refund, delivery charges excluded, corresponding to the value of the item(s) returned.

Should customer service recommend returning an item due to a defect or damage claim, the purchaser must send it back to ITFITZ in its original packaging. The items should be adequately insured for the return trip, as postage proof does not equate to receipt proof. If the goods are verified as defective or damaged, the purchaser will receive a full refund, including delivery charges related to the value of the returned item(s) and the cost of returning the goods. In certain circumstances, our suppliers will collect the item(s) from you directly which may incur a charge in accordance with their return policy.

Should ITFITZ supply an incorrect item not matching your order, it is ITFITZ's obligation to provide you with their return instructions, potentially involving a third party such as The Post Office, to meet this requirement; all costs are confined to the price of the returned item.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy (or the original) of the delivery/invoice note issued by ITFITZ, enclosed within the return package, to facilitate prompt processing. Please note that proof of postage is not considered a receipt of return by ITFITZ, and any claims regarding returns sent by this method will be declined.

PLEASE NOTE:

Should you, the purchaser, neglect to inform or advise ITFITZ within ten days following the date of the ITFITZ delivery/invoice note accompanying your purchase, and fail to return the items within 18 days from such notification, you will be considered to have accepted the goods. Requests for returns after this period may be considered at ITFITZ's discretion, and any refunds for an agreed return will incur a re-stocking/handling fee.


Remittance Terms


As an online retailer, we do not provide credit facilities. Payments must be made through our secure payment portal. Your credit card statement will display your transaction with us under the name IT-FITZ.COM Limited.
