JNF Double Action 60kgs Hydraulic Timber Door Offset Pivot Set
The JNF satin grade 304 stainless steel double CAM action hydraulic hold open pivot is suitable for timber doors weighing up to 60kgs/1000mm wide and with a minimum 40mm thickness (maximum 50mm).
This pivot suits installations where the measurement from the door edge is a minimum of 70mm and maximum 200mm and is supplied with top frame pivot and 25mm deep frame support.
The pivot can be held open at 90 degrees and also rotate through 150 degrees with opening and closing speed adjustment (at the edge of the door) together with soft closing within the last 10 degrees.
The covered floor plate is fixed to the floor with 4 x 30mm deep fixings and is adjustable +/- 3mm and also 4 degrees.
